What you should know

BCHOA Meeting times and locations should be published. Meetings are open to all members. Meeting minutes will be published for all decisions made. Major financial decisions and those impacting neighbors first should be discussed at a member meeting.

Board Meetings should occur at least monthly.

Annual Assessment meeting is required to allow members the opportunity to vote on HOA priorities and on the amount of the annual assessment. Only if a member meeting is held and no consensus can be reached, can the board then establish the annual assessment.

Annual Member Meeting should take place in the spring. You must be given at least 10 days notice prior to this meeting.

Annual Board meeting of directors is held to elect officers. This meeting is held immediately after the Annual member Meeting.
